Creating a brand identity for a new company is always exciting and challenging. A solid brand can help the new team coalesce around a joint mission of success.

With the Founder’s penchant for Roaring 20s imagery, I set out to design a modernized Art Deco logo. After looking through the typical Deco fonts, I found Naive Deco Sans with a simplistic Deco flare and an interesting “C” letterform.

It was also decided early in the process to avoid symbols and focus entirely on a wordmark. This made that newfound “C” even more critical for avatars, favicons, and such.
