In 2005, the Texas Film Commission started promoting and incentivizing video game development in Texas, primarily focusing on game company relocation across the country. Part of the marketing strategy was to cast a wide net, both nationally and internationally, and advertise Texas' new financial incentives in a fun and memorable way. Playing off of Texas stereotypes and game-specific vocabulary, I created a clever ad, letting everyone know that people—and cows—game in Texas (MMO stands for Massively Multiplayer Online game).
