Statehouse Consultants (formerly Government & Public Affairs Consulting) is an Austin-based legislative lobbying firm. Having designed their original logo, they again asked for my help to design a new logo for their newly expanded and renamed company.

At the founding of their original company, Government & Public Affairs Consulting, they approached me about creating a company identity and a small brochure site. After meeting with the founders regarding available URLs and their lengthy name, we agreed to abbreviate the name in the new logo, and G&P Consulting was born. I was immediately drawn to the potential of the ampersand in the logo. Not only is the ampersand an exciting shape, but it also carries much connection symbolism.
